How to Entry

Sign Up

Please contact us using the application form.
You can upload information such as your preferred event, vehicle type, and license documents.

Confirmation & Payment

We will contact you to confirm your preferred event and vehicle.
We will gather the necessary event details and application deadlines, then provide you with a quotation.
If you agree with the quotation, please proceed with the payment via bank transfer or PayPal.

Entry

We will complete the event entry on your behalf.

STEP
Car handover

Vehicle pickup will take place at our facility the day before the event (direct delivery to the venue is also available).
If you would like to do a test run or shakedown, please let us know — we’re happy to discuss the options.

On the day

On the day of the event, our service crew will be there to assist you.

STEP
Finish

After the event, please return the vehicle to our facility.

Entry Information

■Eligibility

A motorsport license is required.
If you don’t currently have one, it may be possible to obtain a license within Japan.

■How to Apply

Please contact us using the dedicated application form at the bottom of this page.
Since the deadline varies depending on the event, we recommend checking as early as possible.

・Passport copy
・Driver’s license from your home country
・International driver’s permit (valid in Japan)
・Motorsport license

■Fees & Payment

From ¥300,000 (approximate starting price)

Includes:
・Entry fee
・Rental vehicle
・On-site support from a service crew on the day of the event (available within the Kinki region; additional fees may apply for other areas)
・Vehicle setup and maintenance

Additional Costs (not included in base price)

Insurance (varies by event; please confirm details)
Transportation and accommodation

Please note that any damages will be charged at actual cost.

When is a Rally held?

If you cannot read the official website in Japanese, please let us know which rally you would like to participate in and we will guide you.

What kind of license do I need?

If you have a motorsports license from your country, you can participate.
If you do not have one, it can be issued immediately in Japan.
A valid international driver’s license (from a Geneva Convention country) or a Japanese driver’s license is also required.
